At Aligned Bodywork and Lymphatic Drainage, I believe that the body has the innate ability to heal itself when given the right tools. Our therapeutic bodywork and manual lymphatic drainage sessions aim to align your body and restore overall balance. I take pride in providing alternative holistic therapy that promotes physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Graduating from the California Holistic Institute in December of '22, I have been blessed with knowledge, experience, and love for the way our bodies connect to every aspect of our lives. Doing part-time bodywork with Dr. Troy Smith at Pismo Beach Family Wellness has deeply influenced my prospective on how I navigate my own practice. His chiropractic work focuses holistically on intentional healing.
Since opening my private practice in April '23, I have aquired a lovely space in Grover Beach and plan to continue expanding my practice! The impact this work has on my clients and myself is something I am beyond thankful for.
